1. Introduction and Purpose

Welcome to Freebook Platforms, accessible at https://freebookone.com. We've built this platform for users to connect, share, and discover. These Network Rules and Regulations are here to ensure everyone has a positive, safe, and respectful experience. They outline what we expect from you, our users, when you interact with the site and its content. Think of them as the ground rules for our shared space.

2. Acceptance of Guidelines

By accessing or using the Freebook Network, including browsing, commenting, reviewing, or uploading content, you agree to abide by these Network Rules and Regulations. If you don't agree with any part of these guidelines, then you shouldn't use our site. Your continued use means you accept these terms. This announcement is seen by everyone. So to say you have no idea is a straight lie. 

3. User-Generated Content (UGC) Standards

Freebook Platforms thrives on user contributions. This includes comments, reviews, forum posts, and any content uploads or related materials you submit. We call all of this "User-Generated Content" or "UGC." While we encourage sharing, all UGC must meet certain standards. Here is what that means:

3.1 Prohibited Content

You must not upload, post, or share any UGC on Freebook Network that:

• Is illegal, promotes illegal activities, or violates any local, state, national, or international law (for example, uploading porn or content that incites violence) excluding news related content.
• Is hateful, discriminatory, or promotes discrimination based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, disease, age, sexual orientation, gender, or identity. Excluding news related content.
• Is harassing, threatening, abusive, or defamatory towards other users or third parties. This includes personal attacks, bullying, or doxing (sharing private information without consent).
• Is sexually explicit, obscene, pornographic, sexual escort services, sexual products, or contains gratuitous violence.
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, including copyright, trademark, or patent rights. You can't upload content you don't own the rights to, or a review that copies someone else's work.
• Contains spam, unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, or any form of commercial solicitation not expressly permitted by Freebook Platforms.
• If you are promoting a business. You must pay for advertising.
• Contains malware, viruses, or any other harmful code designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to any computer system or data.
• Impersonates any person or entity, or falsely states or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Is misleading, false, or deceptive, especially in reviews or descriptions of uploaded content.
• Users must register under their real name
• Users cannot create multiple accounts

AUTHENTICITY

We want to make sure the content people see is authentic. We believe that authenticity creates a better environment for sharing, and that’s why we don’t want people using our services to misrepresent who they are or what they’re doing.

SAFETY

We’re committed to making Freebook a safe place. We remove content that could contribute to a risk of harm to the physical security of users. Content that threatens people has the potential to intimidate, exclude or silence others and isn’t allowed on the Freebook Network.

PRIVACY and FREEDOM OF SPEECH

We’re committed to protecting personal privacy and information. Privacy gives people the freedom to be themselves, choose how and when to share on our services and connect more easily. Our platforms put Freedom of`Speech at the top of our moderation policies. 

DIGNITY and REPUTATION

We believe that all people are equal in dignity and rights. We expect that people will respect the dignity of others and not harass or degrade others.

We also ask that you do not place a label on the Freebook Network. We are not a right wing platform, nor are we left wing. We simply are Freebook. A place where all voices are heard  regardless of political or demographic related identities.

3.2 Intellectual Property and Rights

When you upload content to the Freebook Network, you're confirming a few things. You represent and warrant that you own all necessary rights to that content, or you have the explicit permission from the rights holder to upload and share it on our platform. This is critical. You retain ownership of your UGC, but by posting it, you grant the Freebook Network a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform that content in connection with the service and across different media. This license allows us to operate and promote the site. And that matters because we need to be able to host your content, display it to other users, and potentially use snippets for promotional purposes (like featuring a great review).

3.3 Accuracy and Truthfulness

We expect your posts to be honest and accurate. Don't post false information or intentionally misleading posts. Your insights help others, so make them genuine.

4. Respectful Interaction

Treat others as you'd like to be treated. Engage in constructive discussions. Disagree respectfully. Personal attacks, insults, or any form of harassment directed at other users, admins, or content creators won't be tolerated on the Freebook Network. We're here to share in a facebook like evironment, not to create conflict. We are very relexed compared to Meta Platforms. We do not have AI in control and all moderators are human.

5. Privacy and Personal Information

Protect your own privacy and respect the privacy of others. Don't share personal information about yourself or anyone else (like addresses, phone numbers, or private emails) in public areas of the Freebook Network. Be mindful of what you post; once it's online, it can be hard to remove completely. Freebook Platforms will never ask four ID or Identity verification. We do not want your personal info. If a user messages claiming to be a moderator or admin and asks for you nmame ID and social security numbers, or a bank card or anything personal. Please report it ot the Freebook Platforms team at support@freebookplatforms.com and include the username aka freebookone.com/username and any screenshots. We will immediately ban this individual. Because we cant see messages in our messenger, we require screenshots of this activity for evidence. If you do not provide them the user will not be dealt with. 

6. Reporting Violations

If you see content or behavior on the Freebook Network that violates these guidelines, please report it to us. You'll typically find a "Report" button or link near the content in question. Providing details helps us investigate quickly and effectively. We rely on our users to help keep the platform safe and welcoming for everyone.

7. Enforcement and Moderation

Freebook Platforms reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review, monitor, and remove any UGC that we deem, in our sole discretion, to violate these Network Rules and Regulations. We can also suspend or terminate user accounts for repeated or severe violations. This means if you upload pornographic content, harass other users, or repeatedly post spam, we may remove your content and ban your access to https://freebookone.com. We don't need to provide prior notice for such actions. This Announcement is your prior notice. If you have questions about content. You can ask by emailing us at support@freebookplatforms.com. Our goal is to maintain a healthy platform, and sometimes that requires intervention.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

Freebook Platforms is not responsible for the content posted by its users. We do not endorse any user-generated content, nor do we guarantee its accuracy, integrity, or quality. You understand that by using the service, you may be exposed to content that is offensive, indecent, or objectionable. You agree that Freebook Platforms will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of such content.

9. Changes to These Guidelines

We may update these Network Rules and Regulations from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. We encourage you to review these guidelines periodically to stay informed. Your continued use of Freebook Network after any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised guidelines.

10. Governing Law

These Network Rules and Regulations are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these guidelines or your use of Freebook Network will be resolved in the appropriate courts located within the United States.

11. Fraudulent Content

We have had multiple users post verified cash.app accounts for sale.

Cash App is a banking app. Each account is attached to an individuals identity and is not legally allowed to be transfered. 

Selling or buying verified Cash App accounts violates Cash App's Terms of Service and carries severe financial and legal risks. Why Buying or Selling Accounts is Dangerous: Cash App permanently links an account to a real person's legal identity, date of birth, and Social Security number. When the platform detects unauthorized ownership transfers, it bans the account immediately, resulting in the permanent loss of any funds stored inside. Scams and Theft: Third-party sellers advertising accounts online frequently commit scams. They may take payment and never deliver the login details, or they can use the original personal documents to recover and lock the buyer out of the account later, stealing any balance. Identity Theft and Legal Liability: Using an account registered in someone else's name—or selling your own verified identity to a stranger—facilitates financial fraud, money laundering, and tax evasion. This exposes you to severe legal consequences and law enforcement investigation. 

Freebook Platforms Reports: We at Freebook Platforms will report this to both Block Inc and the federal bureau of investigation. Selling a verified bank account is highly illegal. Transferring, lending, or selling a financial account to another person violates banking laws and financial regulations in almost every jurisdiction. Why It Is Illegal Identity Fraud & Pretexting: Financial institutions are legally mandated to perform Know Your Customer (KYC) checks to verify the true identity of account holders. A seller cannot legitimately transfer their verified identity to someone else; doing so constitutes fraud and identity theft.

Money Laundering: These "verified accounts" are highly sought after by cybercriminals as "money mule" accounts. They are used to funnel illicit cash from online gambling, drug trafficking, scam operations, and terrorist financing.

Bypassing Security Controls: The act of setting up and offloading these accounts is categorized as "account farming". It is a coordinated effort to evade anti-money laundering (AML) detection systems. The Consequences for the Seller If you sell an account, you remain the legal owner on paper. This means you face severe criminal consequences for the scammers behavior. 

Criminal Liability: You can be criminally prosecuted as an accomplice to whatever crimes (such as fraud or money laundering) the buyer commits using your account.

Financial Ruin: You will be held civilly liable for any stolen funds or financial damages flowing through the account.

Blacklisting: Financial authorities and credit bureaus will flag your identity, making it nearly impossible for you to open a legitimate bank account, secure a loan, or get a credit card in the future. 

This activity is NOT TOLERATED on the Freebook Network.
